The dairy company founded by Ferruccio Podda, in Sardinia, has been dealing with the processing of milk and the production of high quality aged cheeses for over half a century.
The Classic Seasoned, the most sold by the company, is a mixed milk cheese, a combination of high quality cow's milk and 100% Sardinian whole sheep, to which veal rennet, natural lactic ferments and salt are added. Particularly appreciated for its aromatic notes, the result of the skilful dairy art and the aging of at least 5 months at cellar temperatures and not in the fridge, it is an excellent table cheese but also for grating, with a tasty and not too intense taste that puts all agree. Without preservatives, it is excellent on its own, with Carasau or Guttiau bread, but also to enrich appetizers and side dishes. From a unique aroma to complex dishes such as timbales, savory pies, rich first courses such as risotto and pasta.
