In 1953, on the east coast of Sardinia, a group of Dorgali farmers founded Cantina Dorgali, which today faces a new challenge: the realization of a project that requalifies the productions through the enhancement of the culture, history and traditions of the territory.
The changes start from the vineyard, focusing on low yields per vine. Thanks to this new philosophy, the territory regains its identity.
Wine obtained from ruby red Cannonau grapes with a light voluminous nail, Vinìola is limpid. On the palate it has an unmistakable dry and soft taste with a pleasant fruit aftertaste. A wine with excellent structure, warm and enveloping, it releases aromas of blackberry jams and balsamic notes.
To be enjoyed with grilled and braised meats, wild boar
stewed and aged cheeses.
