The history of the La Palma wineries in Alghero starts from afar, when time was marked by the seasons and the farmers had only the land and their talent. This wine takes its name from the beach of the same name where the red berried vineyards Cannonau and Monica are located. The cannons are the symbol of the defense and pride of the coastal area of Sardinia, which over the centuries has undergone invasions from the Aragonese and Spanish.
Intense and brilliant ruby red wine has an intense aroma with elegant hints of licorice, berries and morello cherry. The full, soft, intense flavor is accompanied by medium-aged cheeses, risotto, boiled meat, roasted white or red meats.
