The information we collect
We collect information directly from private individuals and third parties and automatically through the POSTALMARKET 2.0 platform. If you choose not to disclose some personal information, access to certain services or features, including account registration, and the ability to follow other POSTALMARKET 2.0 users or share content on other sites, may be limited.
Account and Profile Information: When you create an account and profile on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform, we collect your name, contact information, demographics, and other information that you have provided to us, including the topics you are experienced in. or that you find interesting. Your name, your photo, and any other information that you choose to add to your public profile will be available for viewing by users of the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform. Once a profile has been created, other users will be able to see in your profile certain information on the activities you have carried out on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform, such as the questions and answers you publish, your followers and the people you follow, the topics of your interest. , the information you indicate as credentials, and the changes you make to your content. Your Content: We collect and store the information and content you post on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform, including questions, answers, photos, and comments. Unless you have published certain content anonymously, your content, date and time stamps and all associated comments are publicly visible on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform in association with your name. Content may also be indexed by search engines and republished on other websites, in accordance with our Terms of Service. Communications: When you communicate with us (via email, through the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform or otherwise), we can keep a record of your communications.
Providers of integrated services and connected networks: You can choose to access or register on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform via a connected network (for example Facebook or Google) and connect your existing POSTALMARKET 2.0 account to some third-party networks, such as Facebook and Google ( individually known as "Linked Network"). If you decide to join or connect to a connected network, we will receive information from the latter on your profile and account. Linked networks can also be viewed in your profile, to allow users to find you. The specific information provided to us by the connected networks is determined by you and third parties and may vary according to the network. You can also choose to connect and make and receive payments through third party networks ("Integrated Service Providers"); By doing so, you will allow us to communicate and receive your login information and other user data necessary to make payments from the integrated service provider.
Application: We collect browsing information, such as IP address and location, date and time, user agent, POSTALMARKET 2.0 cookie ID (if applicable), URL, unique advertising or content identifiers (if applicable), time zone and other information about the activities performed by the user on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform, as well as on third-party sites and services that have incorporated POSTALMARKET 2.0 pixels ("Pixels"), widgets, plug-ins, buttons or related services. To view interest-based advertising on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform, to improve our advertising and metering systems so that we can show you relevant listings, precompilation forms in ads and measure the effectiveness and reach of listings and services. Marketing and promotions. For marketing and promotional purposes, for example, to send you news and newsletters, special offers and promotions, or otherwise contact you about products or information that we believe may be of interest to you, including information about third party products and services.
Analysis. To collect the parameters necessary to better understand how users access and use the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform; to evaluate and improve the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform, including advertising services and personalization, and to develop new products and services.
Compliance with the law. To comply with legal obligations, as part of our general business operations and for other business administration purposes.

How we share your information
We share information as indicated below and where people have consented:
Service provider. We reserve the right to share your information with third-party service providers who will use this information to secure payment, web hosting, auditing, consultancy services of various kinds, assistance, and customer support, including those entities that will assist us in the provision of advertising services.
Company transfers. We reserve the right to disclose or transfer information, including personal data, as part of any merger, sale, and transfer of our business, acquisition, or restructuring of all or part of our business, bankruptcy, or similar event.
Mandatory according to the law. We reserve the right to disclose your information if required by law.
Protection of rights. We reserve the right to disclose your information if we deem it necessary to respond to claims made against us or to comply with judicial proceedings (e.g. summons or injunctions), apply or administer our agreements, for the prevention of fraud, risk assessment, investigation, customer support and protection of the rights, property or safety of Quora, its users or its potential audience.
Your content and your public information. Your content, including name, profile picture, profile information, and certain associated activity information can be viewed both by users of the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform and publicly. Public viewing also makes content available to unregistered visitors and can occur when other users share your content on other sites or services. Please also note that your content may be indexed by search engines. In some cases, we may charge access to Your content and public information on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform. See the next section The choices available to you for more information about how you can change how you share and display certain information publicly.
Parameters. We reserve the right to share aggregated statistics, parameters and other reports on the results of their ads or content on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform with our advertisers or publishers, including the number of unique user views, demographics of users who have seen their ads or content, conversion rates, and date and time information. We do not share IP addresses or personal information, but if you choose to do so, some features may allow you to share personal information with advertisers on our platform. We also reserve the right to allow publishers and advertisers to use Pixel on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform to collect information on the results of their content or ads.
Anonymous and aggregated data. We reserve the right to share aggregated or anonymous information with third parties for research, marketing, analysis, and other purposes, provided that such information does not allow identification of a specific user.
Cookies, pixels, and tracking
These are small files, with a unique identifier, which are transferred to your browser through our sites. They allow us to memorize the users who have logged in, to understand how users navigate and use the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform and to show the user personalized content and targeted advertisements (including third-party sites and applications).
Pixel, the Web beacon, clear GIF. These are tiny images with a unique identifier that works in a similar way to cookies, used to track the online movements of users of the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform and the Web pages of users of our Advertising Services and to personalize content. We also use these elements in our emails to find out when they were opened or forwarded so that we can allow ourselves to evaluate the effectiveness of our communications.
Analysis tools. We reserve the right to use both proprietary and third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics. Advertisements and personalization on POSTALMARKET 2.0
Advertisers who use our Advertising Services may also provide us with information as part of their advertising campaigns, including customer information (e.g. email addresses, phone numbers, other personal, demographic or interest information), in order to create segments audiences tailored to personalize their advertising campaigns or evaluate the efficiency of their advertisements; we use this information for the sole purpose of simplifying the advertising campaign of the advertiser concerned (including the parameters and reports to that user) and we do not communicate them to third parties (except for our service providers), unless this is prescribed by the law. In addition, we do not disclose to advertisers who use our Advertising Services the names or personal information of their customers that have been successfully achieved in these campaigns without the prior consent of the customers themselves.

How do we protect your information
We consider the security of your information extremely important. POSTALMARKET 2.0 has implemented a system of protections to safeguard the information collected. It should be noted, however, that no Internet site or communication is ever completely secure. We invite you to take all necessary precautions to keep your personal data safe, for example by choosing a complex password and keeping it private, and to disconnect from your user account, also closing the browser, when you have finished using the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform on a shared or insecure device.
Access and edit your information
You can update or correct your account information at any time you want, simply by logging into your account. You can also make a whole series of further changes to the settings or to the type of display of the information concerning you as described in more detail in the following section regarding the choices available to you.
The choices at your disposal
You can, of course, decide to refuse the sending of personal data through the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform. In this case, however, we may not be able to provide you with certain services. You can also control the type of notifications and communications that we send you, limit the personal information you share within the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform or modify certain privacy settings. Anonymous posts. You can publish certain content anonymously, including questions and answers. In this case, your name is not displayed along with the content and POSTALMARKET 2.0 does not associate that content with your user ID and other profile data. For more information, please see How does
Anonymity work on POSTALMARKET 2.0?
Your content. You can edit or delete the replies you have posted at any time. All questions you have posted will remain on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform and can be edited by other users. Any deleted content will also be removed from third-party sites where it has been shared via POSTALMARKET 2.0's standard sharing feature; however, we have no control over deletions or changes to your content if it has been shared manually by other people. When you make changes to your content, other users will be able to see the history of those changes in your profile activities and content change logs.
Adult content. You can choose whether to view adult content through your profile's Privacy Settings.
Email and communications. When you join the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform, by registering an account or creating a profile, as an integral part of the service, you will receive the summary of POSTALMARKET 2.0 containing the contents that we believe may be of interest to you. You can manage your email and notification preferences through your profile settings, in Email and Notifications. If you choose not to receive emails about recommendations or other information that we believe may be of interest to you, we may still send you transactional emails regarding your account or any services you have requested or received.
Third parties can comment on your posts within the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform. You can choose whether or not to allow other users to comment on your replies or posts through your profile's Privacy Settings. You can also change the permissions regarding users who are allowed to send you messages on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform.
Followers. You have the possibility to prevent another POSTALMARKET 2.0 user from following your profile by selecting the appropriate setting contained on the profile of the user in question. You also have the option to choose whether or not to follow other users.
Topics. You have the option to edit the topics that you follow or that are listed in your profile as areas of expertise.
Qualifications. You have the option to change the qualifications displayed in your profile or related to a specific answer.
Indexed search. You can choose to allow your profile and your name to be indexed by search engines, or not, through your profile's Privacy Settings. Changes to privacy settings are not retroactive. For example, your name (e.g. replies and profile) has already been indexed by search engines and can remain indexed for a certain period of time even after you have disabled the indexing option, as the implementation of the change in question is beyond our control.
Account canceled or deactivated. If you choose the "Cancel Account" option in your profile's "Privacy Settings", all your content will be removed from public visibility on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform and, if you change your mind, we may not be able to restore it. By choosing "Deactivate your account", you will no longer receive any communication from us and other users will no longer be able to interact with you, while your content will remain on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 platform. However, you will be able to reactivate your account at any time simply by logging into POSTALMARKET 2.0.
Personalized advertising and Pixel
To explicitly refuse to receive personalized ads on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform, go to https://postalmarket20.shop/ and write in chat "I need help with my account" to let us know that you no longer wish to receive personalized ads on the Platform. Include a link to your profile in your opt-out ad request. POSTALMARKET 2.0 may still show contextualized ads related to the content you're viewing.
To disable tracking via POSTALMARKET 2.0 Pixels, visit this page. Disabling tracking via Pixel could compromise our ability to customize ads and content based on your interests. This setting is linked to cookies and, unless you are logged in to the Quora Platform, it is valid only on the browser for which you have deactivated it.

Connected networks. You can connect or disconnect Linked Networks, for example Google, through the Account Settings tab in your profile settings and access, edit and delete much of your profile information through its settings. Once a connected Network has been disconnected, we will no longer receive information from that network, unless you choose to reconnect it. As noted above, POSTALMARKET 2.0 offers users several intuitive ways to make choices regarding their personal information on the POSTALMARKET 2.0 Platform.
Access, modification, cancellation, portability, dispute and other rights. If you are registered on the platform and want to access or update your profile, or exercise certain rights to refuse consent, you can do it online by visiting the "profile" settings in your account. Furthermore, users may have the right to receive certain personal information, where technically feasible, in a common format and, under certain conditions, to oppose or limit the use of certain personal information by us. You can also contact our privacy coordinator, as indicated below, to access or modify your personal information, request the correction, cancellation or interruption of the processing of your personal information by us, withdraw consent to the processing of information and, if you reside in an EEA state, exercise your rights to refuse consent or make a request for data portability

Retention of your data
Typically, your profile and related personal information is kept as long as your account is active. We will take all necessary measures to guarantee your personal information an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which it is processed, including: implementation of data processing terms and / or appropriate data transfer agreements, use of approved contractual clauses by the European Commission (the standard contractual clause form is available here) or implementation of an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
Privacy of children
POSTALMARKET 2.0 does not knowingly collect or request personal information relating to children under 13 years of age (or 14 years of age for residents of Spain or South Korea), nor does it knowingly accept registrations from these users. If we find that we have collected the personal information of a child under the minimum age limit without parental consent, we take all necessary measures to delete this information.
